What is everybody using for cooling lines? I see some skis that have some clear reinforced stuff that looks like its from Menards, I would like to find some clear stuff so what do I need and where do I get it?

The clear reinforced vinyl tubing you can get at lowes or home depot. The is really not that much pressure in the cooling system so you could use pretty much anything as long as it is not so flexable that you can pinch it or kink it closed. You can even get away with a non-reinforced hose. Just make sure it can withstand about 160 degrees water temp. You should only be about 120 degrees out of the cylinder

I still have some stock lines, but anything I've replaced is just clear vinyl tube from the Depot. ID is 5/16 maybe?

The clear lines are ok for potable water too. So I've got that going for me ... which is nice.

I use 3/8" inner diameter 1 ply construction silicone heater hose.

It withstands temperatures up to 350 degrees F which works great for the stinger pipe water inlets.

i am using 3/8" compressor lines from lowes, super cheap and its a cool orange color. withstands 200 some odd degrees i forget the exact number written on it. and its reinforced and good for high pressure, not like that matters in a cooling line though...
