Super Jet Cooling Issue - Pisser

Searched and didnt find anything that matches my issue with the pisser. My Superjet is completely stock.

When idling or low throttle, the water out of the pisser is a steady stream. When at half to full throttle, the pisser stream appears very restricted or mostly air. It is obviously at higher pressure but it looks very aerated. When i come back down to low throttle, it goes back to full stream. Is that normal? The thought crossed my mind that maybe it is a blown head gasket or a leak near the pump but maybe it is normal and I am worrying about nothing.

Let me know what you think and thanks.

Your flow should be pretty constant the whole way through the power band. I would start looking for problems. Maybe run new lines and blow air through everything that isn't a hose to make sure there aren't any obstructions. Is your engine running hot...if you put a few drops on the head or pipe after a ride does the water sizzle?

That is what I was thinking. I ordered a new ada head so when it gets warmer, I will see how it performs.

My engine would heat up a bit after running at higher speeds. Will have to wait till spring to test it again.

Thanks for the help

Yup...you will also have clean pistons if it is blown...I'd solve the existing problem before upgrading the engine. Good luck...hope you get it fixed by spring.
