Connecting Pipe to waterbox

i need to connect my speedwerx pie to my waterbox. The end of the pipe has a smaller diameter than the waterbox, so I need to reduce the hose. How do I do this, or is there a hose someone makes that will fit this type of application?

Get a short piece of hoze that fits the end of your stinger (bout 2" long) then slide the original hose over the top and use it as packing underneath.

Then tighten the clips as usual :biggrin:

I just cranked the hose clamp down on the cut original waterbox hose. It doesn't go anywhere or leak. JSS also makes a reducer...

what junkey said... b-pipe is the same way. I just used two hose clamps on it.

Yeah guys it might work but it looks rubish :biggrin:

Create a clean look by doing what i said, just get some Samco hosing and do it with that, makes for a really neat job :biggrin:

i thought about just crankin it down and cutting it, but like flattop said, I like my stuff to look clean.

I did an internal filler, so Ill cut up my old filler hose, it fits right over my pipe perfectly, but i cant get it to fit on the waterbox.

You can cut a very acute "V" out of the end on the pipe on the stinger and clamp it down like that. The "V" will reduce the diameter.:1244:
