Yeah, but all my "Kids" can be put in a crate or go away for awhile each day. Or I go away from them. I don't have to deal with the "he's touching me!" type crap! Or the ingenious ways of making new messes every day. Or the, "I don't have any clothes I like" (except when it's me!). Or "I need a prom dress". Or "I need a new toy" - oh, wait, I do get that one!

How about "Mom...dad...I'm pregnant" or "Mom...dad...I got a girl pregnant"

OR "Mom...dad...can you come pick me up....I'm in jail...but I didn't do it---the cop was mean!!!"

Those are words I will NEVER have to hear... :Banane57:

But you also don't ever get to hear:

"Congratulations, It's a boy" or "Congratulations, It's a girl"

"Mommy, I Love You" or "Daddy, I Love You"

"I want a hug"

"Thanks, Mom" or "Thanks, Dad"

The two best moments in my life were when my son and daughter were born and if my wife and I raise them right, we will never have to hear any of those things. Even if we did, it's still worth it.

Yes...but I have lived me life without it so far....and believe me when I say..I am not motherly...at all.

I'm selfish..I will admit it. I love having my time with the hubby....all to myself. Some people just aren't meant to have kids....and it takes a lot for us folks to say you know what....even though society tells me I should...I am not having kids. I know that I am not going to wake up one day and say....dang I wish I had kids....just not going to happen.
