I have a 85.5 5mm stroker motor. Right now it has 195 psi. If I bumped up compression to like 205-210 whould I notice a performance gain?

It would have more bottom end with slightly less top end.
And you would likely need to be running race gas at those pressures.

Oh I already run a 50/50 mix. I knew I would have to run race gas. Probably just leave it where it's at.

Usually I was always told that 180psi was as high as you wanted to go for pump gas.
Generally speaking:
93 octane to 180
100 octane 180 to 200
105 octane 200 to 210
112 or higher octan. 210 and up
You can get away with 185, maybe even 190ish, on pump gas if you don't go extended runs at WOT

i have 33 cc domes at 200 psi running straight 93 octane(premix of course) WOT all over the place and haven't had any issues.

100LL mixed 32:1 w/Benol for 2 years now (160 gallons per year) at 218psi w/no problems yet. 3 seconds is my longest WOT run and that is not often.
