I rode yesterday 47 degree air, 40ish water. 3/2 wetsuit with an extra top, helmet boots and gloves. Pretty good but my motor would not warm up so I quit and installed limiters in the pissers today. Water here will be in ice form shortly but its still good out there.IMG950045.jpg

Yep, I bought the 5/4 its worth every penny. Match that with the matching 7mm booties and im ready for 35F water temps.. except when ya get hit hard in the face with cold water it can hurt and knock ya unconcious.

To OP, this suit http://us.shop.xcelwetsuits.com/p/surf/mens/wetsuits/drylock-power-seam-43?style=MB43DRP2

your feet will never be a issue. i love my set up and ive tested it in 38 F water temp i think 40 F air. as for hands, i still havent figured out something i can be happy with. my crappy gloves only work good as a windbreaker. maybe ill do the hot hands mod this spring.

EDIT: Ah crap I didnt see the first page and ur in florida. Scale my recommendeations down then
