Just got my motor mounts in and dang these things are heavy.

I really hadn't noticed that the CF mounts were extraordinarily heavy.

I was comparing stock SN and rhass fx1 and cold fusion fx1 and cold fusion superjet mounts by hand. and the cold fusions seem heavier on both accounts. Not so much for the fx1 but the SJ CF mounts seem twice as heavy as the OE

Cold fusion motor mounts are great, they are stiffer than stock and you will feel the vibrations a little more, I've come down hard off some waves and these mounts have never let me down, cold fusion makes great products, never got anything bad from them before

I haven't run mine yet but they do seem much better quality than stock. I did expect the weight difference because they are billet over the stock cast aluminum. The weight of the 2 piece billet head from blowsion was what blew my mind. That thing is built like a brick, man it's heavy, I haven't picked up any other 2 piece heads to compare but compared to the one pice billet heads I've touched it's way heavier. I should put it on a scale.

I love CF stuff.
I ride an SJ with GP800 mounts.
I've not tried the CF mounts.
Sounds to me, that if you're worried about weight of CF mounts, you should try your best to break them!
I assume you ride flat water.
