I asked around for jetting info for my sizzler when I got it and have all my notes stored away somewhere with the installation instructions that should show their recommended cooling lines. I will take a look to see if I can find them.

thats not an extra cooling fitting, its a mounting point for the chamber.

I did drill an additional one on the bottom opposite the stock cooling fitting, but ended up running a plug in there ( wasnt needed)

here is a thread discussing the way I had mine jetted.

http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/36121&highlight=sizzler

basically 1.5ns, shiney spring ( stock 95g I think) and 120 lo, 140-145 high, it seemed to run about the same with either high speed size jet from 140-145, with some slight screw adjustment.

I ended up with very nearly the same setup on my B pipe as well.

the sizzler needs to have its water restricted, run a pisser off of the line cooling the stinger, and also run a restrictor in the stinger, the restricter really helped keep it cleared out, and made better throttle response.

If you call Coffmans the nice lady will immediately fax you the installation instructions. They include jetting specs and water routing instructions. If i could find mine I would send them to you.

If you do not have a fax machine, you might be able to get her to mail them? Or just explain it over the phone.

If I remember right it said 2.0 N&S, 125 main, 65g spring, and 2 turns for each screw. This was for the 650. I'm not sure on the 701. The Watcon tuning tips helped me.

For the mount I just used a rubber bushing and some washers.
