There are threads about this already. There are a couple diffrent ways to set up your water routing. But from what other members have told me make sure u put a restricter in the line going to stinger. (4 mm restricter). I personally havent run this pipe yet but i have heard they work very well

hey i run that pipe on my 650 sn. i've never heard anything about the restrictor in line to the stinger? i've been told don't run the sizzler on a 701, but thats all. i will send you pictures of my set up. basically though, i can explain it. the main water feed line that comes from your pump, that goes to the bottom on the manifold attached to the cylinders. the idea is the exhaust helps regulate the water temp going to the jugs, if it's too cold the engine won't run right. so flow chart step one. water in to the manifold, through the jugs to the top of the cylinder head. from the head outlet, i have the water running to the bottom of the second part that bolts to the flange. the top hole on my flange is pluggedd. and the side port on my flange runs to the stinger. don't cut holes in the gasket between the manifold and the second pipe at the flange. any questions? i'll try to get my photo's up. it works great on my ski.
