First of all thank you in advance for any help or insight. i have done a good bit of research on the cooling routing and plumbing on skis for my particular set up but i am new to the sport and watercraft cooling tech in general. I have a 1990 superjet with a 62T bottom and 61x top. just installed a Blowsion griddled 2 piece head with 37cc domes. Coffman sizzler pipe (black) has three cooling ports. running wiseco pistons and bored 81.5mm. stock air box. I overheated this ski right after i purchased it few weeks back and have been rebuilding since. currently the ski has one cooling line coming in from the pump which goes to a "T" fitting and from the "T" both go to the bottom of the exhaust manifold i believe. The new blowsion head came with two ports for cooling one on each cylinder. they provide 2 90* barb fittings and one plug. What would be the best or the correct way to run the cooling lines? Best to use both ports on head or no? Do i need to purchase a FCV for my setup? and what are the 3 fittings on the header? Where should water go in and come out? Last but not least, What kind of temperature range should my head and exhaust be expected to run and how do i measure that (with a laser temp gun)? Thank you greatly for any insight.
