Was that the version with a one piece chamber? If so, it needs to fit perfectly and all hardware must be tight.

I was wondering if that could be fixed. Didn't know if I should get into that in the WTB thread. I'm going to take the manifold to aIMG_0526.jpgIMG_0527.jpg performance machine shop tomorrow and see what they say. I figured if I could buy one it would just be easier. Here's some more pics.

Seadoos were bad about breaking off exhaust studs on the 587, 657 and early 720 engines, my tig guy would just cut the whole corner off with a saw and rebuild the corner then drill and tap the hole, worked like a charm.

I rebuilt one corner of a APE 720 pipe on a customer ski with a spool gun when I worked at the welding shop a few years back , that worked fine as well the spool gun defiantly would be much faster.

Coffmans ruined all their watercraft pipes when they tried to stay profitable in a declining market. Their original designs were much more durable.

Yep I am running a couple of the old Coffman sizzler pipes, they were excellent pipes for sure.
