Chopped up RN from oside

Since I had first got my ski I was getting friends out on the lake and my buddy Glenn got addicted. He went through my sn from 650 to 701 and then helped when I got my fx. He's taller than me and his style is completely different so he definitely decided he wanted his own ski but something totally different. I wanted him to get a RN since I was letting him take my sn apart to build his ski. So we met in the middle when I found a chopped RN posted on the forum and showed him a pic and he fell in love. I won't say what he payed but he definitely has less than a grand into everything. Some pics!

So at first we threw a sn into it and had quite a few problems, the clip holding the steering, the steering location needed to be modified, the cooling line from the hull was blocked on the stock pump side and open on the siphon side so it sunk the first go out, wich was extremely epic because my friend went out with noone and he was lucky I rode out looking for him, he put his pole up and that's te only way I saw him because the ski was atleast 6" underwater haha. It wasn't going to go any deeper though. So some more pics after that.

Now where we are at is the hull has been scrubbed out, I properly reworked the steering and put the clip in to prevent it from moving back and fourth allowing water into the hull there like a small stream haha, got the cooling fixed, in need of a waterbox now that my stock one EXPLODED so it was ran streight out the rear the last time out... Sounded like an 1100 triple. I'm going to suprise him with dropping my 762cc Ported motor I just completed and should be just plug and play. Hope to have this thing going by next weekend! That 650 got so hot from not cooling it caught the rubber exhaust elbow in fire, and the motor is a nice gold color from that rapid cool down after being stupid hot and sinking.

760 done and been mocking in the hull more than once, just have to heli coil the exhaust bolt holes to the m8x1.25 thread so I can put the standup exhaust on it. When we pulled the 650 motor his ebox wouldn't even try and turn the motor over so I played with that for an hours worth of trouble shooting and swapped out the stater relay for some success! Hope to test my motor out this weekend even though it's in my friends hull, it is what it is haha the fx doesn't need it yet. I also have a waterbox to epixy together and re rivet so my work it cut out for me this week.
