check out what i picked up for 100 bucks

the guy was asking 100 for it and the trailer. the motor is locked up from water ingestion. he ended up getting a few calls and people offering more for it, but they really only wanted the trailer. he kept it for me because he did not want it to get junked. he said most people did not even know what it was.

i have already pulled the flywheel cover and the eletrics so i can get the motor out.

every thing looks really good except I can't get the motor to turn over. i got it pulled and sitting out of the ski. i guess my next step is to pull the head.

yeah, sj/kawgirl (i work with her) starting calling me a parts whore. just a couple years ago a friend of mine picked up a couple 650 kawi's and today, with the addition of this one, makes seven we have between the two of us.

now we have enough yami stuff to build him a superjet, now we can start selling off the kawi's. he hated my sj, but lately has fallen in love with it and wants to build one up. another converted kawi rider.

why would the cases have to be replaced. i have an extra set of 61x cases. i also have two good 650 motors and a 701 that needs a head gasket. so i have the parts, including cranks, to start rebuilding. a b-pipe would be great, but i think i want to stay with a single carb.

has any one ever set up an fx-1 for freestyle? seems like with the size it would be a good choice.
