Nice job on the set up butti. I was debating on a hitch for my hauler.
I like the bow attachment Royal flush. Someone has a metal shop or know's someone. Very nice:hail: :hail:

wow!yours is aluminium:eek2: maybe we overbuilt this one.its very stout.ill post more pics later.i think it weighs as much as a single trailer.

and its not overbuilt......its just "sturdy" so did you weigh it yet?

im strangley fascinated by this method, but equally skeered.......................i'd probably feel better about it if I had 65" tires like butti does..

then again, the X is JUST as capable off road as the dodge, right john?:27: :chairshot: :icon16:

Yeah---it's aluminum, I didn't want to worry about rust.

The bar that slides in the reciever is solid aluminum  !!!

Most expensive part of the build. :frown:

No reason to be scared---as long as no one rear ends you---I find myself using the rearview mirror a little more frequently when hauling like this.

I had one made out of steel back in 1995 to haul a 550 from Florida to Texas---never had a problem.

ouch. I built my hauler out of 1/4 inch steel tube, and made rails for the 2X4 to fit in so I can replace them as they wear out or warp. I love the all aluminum hauler.

Only problem with aluminum---it cost slightly less than a single galvanized trailer.

I robbed the hydroturf from the rails pieces of a freestyle mat kit that I never used. :cool2:
