Hello all,
This is sort of a build/rebuild thread. I bought the hull very late last season and was more focused on getting on the water before it was too cold then taking enough pictures and doing a write up. As it was initially built it was a Glass XFS with a limited 701, a B-pipe and a stock pump with thrust trim. Well we all know how that goes.. its an absolute blast with the small motor but after a few rides you are left wanting more. My friend had a 144 skat mag set back so that was the 1st upgrade with the 2nd and 3rd upgrades following very closely behind. Those upgrades being a TPE 964 thats on order and a Type 4 dry pipe i just scooped up in Daytona (thanks Pat). I will do much better with the pics and updates as i reassemble it in the coming months. Im not sure if i should thank my friends for all the help of have them commit me for all the money spent.. haha.

The skis current state is its more or less a bare hull with a pole and steering. The skat mag stator housing has a crack in it so thats likely headed back to them this week to be installed into a different housing. When i initially built it i didnt install a bilge, (although i do have one with a switch on the shelf ready to go) so after i get the pump and mid shaft aligned and back in i will get the bilge mounted and wired. Pat ( @Moto360 ) Showed me a setup where you can mount the switch in the top piece of the RRP pole so i am going to follow suit.. its a nice set up.

When its all said and done it should be as follows
TPE 964
FS 46's
144 Stat Setback - (if i could swing a torrent 148 it would be in there asap and i wouldnt have to deal with the cracked skat housing... currently just not in the cards)

MSD enhancer
Type 4 dry pipe

Again i had alot of advice from Pat, Brian and Steve at fast elements so a lot of the credit is due to those guys.

The green pole tubes are the current look.. the blue ones had to go

A few of the pics are note worthy, the coupler cover, i think 15' was the 1st year (correct me if i am wrong) that Rickter flipped over the mid shaft housing to get it lower in the hull.. the pic is showing that the cover still fits and actually rests on the rubber button even though its not in the slot..

Thanks guys... i actually make my way out to the garage for a few hours yesterday. I dont have my 964 yet so i grabbed a friends 62T to use to go about fitting the type 4 in the hull. I was concerned about having enough room to clear the ebox because of the way the pipe sweeps back towards the fire wall. I will take/post up some pictures later, it fit very well. It sticks up out of the hull about a 1/2" too far so it will need a clearance dent added but overall the fitment was very good

I was able to swing a very nice change of plans with the pump, now running a h2o torrent setback 148 with the new lightweight tailcone. I will pick the pump up and hopefully the motor in about a week, then some real progress can be made

Yes, the glass hull was at 90lbs, significantly lighter the previous models. I weighed it rtr to settle a pissing match over the winter with someone selling a previous model. Since I am mid build I just set all the components that make a ski under the hood, including a 10mm dasa which is 7 or 8 lbs heavier then my 964.. Anyway at an rtr weight with a gallon of gas, with the dasa it came in at 274 give or take a pound or so. After she is legit rtr and making smoke I will weight it and post pics of the scale.

I have a lot of info to add to the build thread but a long story short is it's pretty awesome... Still improving the tuning but it rips
