Super Jet cdi and carb issues on a 91 sn 61x

I had a 6m6 in this thing till saturday my ski started acting up, it wouldn't pull rpm quick, felt like half throttle when it was really full throttle and would have trouble plaining out, changed plugs, checked over heat sensor and then put onto the trailer and took the motor out after doing a compression check 123/125

so now i have a fresh bore 61x .040 over i cleaned up the ports on the jugs (port matched) didnt take any extra out. i need advise on where i should start with specs on the carb

ski setup
61x jugs, case, intake
boysen reeds
open element f/a
6m6 exhaust (runners opened up) until i can get a better pipe
13/17 concord with stubby cone

carb is off 6m6
120 pilot
135 main
low screw 2 turns out
high screw 3 turns out

i dont know the pop off pressure yet assume stock

i took it out yesterday to try to tune it just was acting weird, did a 5 sec full throttle pull and shut it down to check spark plugs and it seemed lean i dont want to burn it up

now the cdi is a 61x, i have about 6 rides on it, I've had them go bad before but not run half ass -is this possible?

any help would be great

i live in michigan and im under 1000ft altitude

thanks in advance keith

Okay got the cdi thing figured out, still need tuning help, at idle it's rough plugs are wet can't get it to clear up messing with low side screw- I think the main might be to big?!? And is messing with low side pilot size is this possible?

I was thinking of starting off at stock 61x carb settings and bump the main size to compensate for port match and reeds any input on this idea?

what is stock sbn 44 61x jet sizes anyone?

If you're this many turns out top and bottom you need to go up a jet size or so on both. Have you cleaned or rebuilt the carb recently? I'm running 125 low and 140 high, but my engine is ported.

well got it out today the low end is better than what is was (changed carbs) was told my needle and seat seemed to be leaking, so i had a extra one off another motor, anyhow started off same jet sizes as noted... then up'd it to 140 on main and it give it more mid. ive changed springs Golden one which was in it, to a new golden one-no change, then to a silver- it made it worse, then to a black spring which has gave me the best results so far. i know theres a yellow one but ran out of time to put it in.

I can go till half throttle it seems alright like it has some pep back in it, but if i just jump on it from a start it goes half rpms (compared to full rpms) then pulses -weird, then cruise around at half throttle and then get on it it hesitates for a sec or two then starts to clear out like its loaded up. Im at a loss guys. i ran out of time ( daddy time - newborn baby) anyhow whats the thoughts id like to hear them

Low end boggy then clears up
Mid peppy
top hesitant

Im starting to think my exhaust is messing me up seeing its 6m6 with runners opened up some
