Took some work to his house in Oveido…lovely place with nice acreage/peaceful…clean shop…pretty skis…many trailers on-site…seems to do a variety of a lot of business. He was compassionate enough to squeeze my work in, at a time whence he had many other demands. He did as requested, and then some (which he didn’t have to do). What impressed me most is that he took the initiative to do little things that, in fact, made things much safer for me overall. I’m thankful for that. Basically he made life easy, and that’s good business. Just thinking about his laugh, makes me laugh…which is always great (good sense of humor…very personable)!
