If your domes have some nicks, don't use them. Domes with high/low spots from crank grenade can cause hot spots (pre-ignition).

after studying the rear piston, it looks like i either had a lean seizure or a deto-induced seizure that just looks like a lean seizure.. couldve been cheap 'premium' gas.. couldve been my premix was off.. too much igntion.. or that 'crank torsioning' penomenom??

i dont know to be honest... couldve just been me holding it WFO for too long at the lake that day.. i noticed i was holding the throttle open when i was practicing BR's that day.. my bad.

Is it me or is the rod discolored from heat. did you have a bearing failure?
