Super Jet Carbon work FINALLY done.....for now.....

FINALLY.... finished the skin work on a WDK razor hood/nose. Good thing for the hot weather lately, let me lay on a few more layers of UV clearcoat. Halloween weekend was my first time ever in the surf and I spent more time than I would of liked to under the water. Even in rough surf with my rough riding, the hood kept out almost all water. I would come up from being rolled a few times and the bilges would purge the little bit of water intake in seconds. I am very impressed with this hood and how light it is. Started as a 10 pounder and with the carbon skin and hood liner reinforce this setup should be ready for some abuse. Thanks for looking. Sorry something is up with the second picture that will not let me resize.

TS innovations quik steer. One of the few quik turn setups available for a stock 08 pole that offers more throw than 07 and older. Yes, I do have to do something with the gas cap.....

that looks great. how do you do that. is it just epoxy resin as a glue then the Carbon fiber and more resin on top? what kind of carbon fiber did you use.

Scuff up the stock anything pretty good, acetone it, resin it, skin it, resin it, resin it, sand it, resin it, sand it, resin it, sand it, clear coat it, ride it......it seems a little intimidating when thinking about it but ask anyone who has done it and it is very very easy. Just takes alot of time to do it right.

I ride my ski hard so things break. Getting it upsidedown is more fun than sprinkleing glitter on it.lol wheres my damn chinpad?

You are too funny, it takes a ski that actually works longer than ten minutes at a time to RIDE hard..... Ohh and jeff called, he said your hull is ready! ohh.... wait.... no he didnt, no its not, and it never ever will be!!! SUCKA!
