If you choose to use aluminum and carbon, will clear coating the carbon and anodizing the aluminum completely eliminate the possibility of that corrosion?
Try coating aluminum with epoxy let dry, then carbon. I did a bpipe chamber years ago zero corrosion. Then again it was hybrid car/Kev. Then again most my use is freshwater with a few salt water baths
The aerospace industry typically uses a layer of fiberglass to insulate the electricity from flowing which will stop the galvanic corrosion. The biggest concern is if the piece will wear through the barrier coat over time thus allowing the materials to eventually touch. Annodizing alone for most applications without wear will suffice since a good annodize will eliminate all conductivity.
