Carb tunning ?

I have an 02 superjet w/sizzler pipe , started with b pipe jetting settings- here's what i got. Got low end dialed good, mid seemed ok , tested top end and plug was white-lean. Went 3 turns out-max and still only a little color. Going go from 135 to 140 main on dual 38's to richen top end. This will also richen up midrange right? Should I go more than 140 because it was so lean? Also will this alter the bottom which is good right now?
 
I have an 01 with stock head decked 195 comp sizzler pipe and I ended up going 75 / 140 with 65 gr spring 1.5 n/s and it gave me 30psi on pop and I have my low and hi at 1 turn out. Keep in mind that I suck at tuning carbs! It seems a little sluggish on low end.
