Super Jet Carb screw adjustment recommendations (62t\62t)

I just put new jets in my 38's. 140 mains, 70 pilot, 2.0 needle\seat, 95 gram spring (have 115 if that doesnt work) I need a good base idea on where to tune my screws. I have terrible access to them while on the ski, so while the carbs are off id like to get them as close as possible. The only thing aftermarket on the motor is a b pipe.

Well after reading everything on fp's website, I cant get it right. It just bogs with any range of throttle. I left the high speed screws alone at 1 1\2 turns out, and started to try the low speeds, started with 1\2 turn out, and turned in 1\2 increments. I couldnt get anything right, so I left the low's at the recommended 1 1\4 turns out, and tried the same with the highs, I felt no difference, and ran like crap every time I tried it.
Everything internally looked great on the carbs, all the seals and gaskets looked good. Double checked everything that it went back together ok, but with it running like crap in the first place before I changed jets, I cant base anything off that.

got everything almost worked out, removing the sensor helped. I cant really tell if its hesitation or bogging, but if I grab a handful of throttle it will hesitate\bog for 1 second then it will rip. I think im 1 turn out on the lows, and 1\2 turn out on the highs. Throttle response is good, its just when putsing around doing setup wakes then I get setup and grab the throttle its brrrrrrrrrr then BRAAAPP like a light switch. If I can get the pump to slip a little and get it into the higher rpms then it will rip really hard.
I have it so close, what should I adjust?

when I was running a stock motor with a b pipe I ran 135 mains with 75 pilots. I had stock flame arrestor so I left the spring alone.

I still cant get it, im leaning towards more electrical problems. Tunning the carbs does nothing other than make the "lightswitch" power come faster or slower, I think if it was JUST a carb problem that I would be able to tune out a low bog. Im thinking coil.
