Carb rebuild question

Will this Carb Rebuild Kit work for the SXR 800? The SXR has a twin BN 40 mikuni.
Would this rebuild kit work for all BN carbs, regardles of it being 40, 38, etc?

what year SXR?
I think they all have SBN carbs on them (when they left the factory)
Super BN, not the old BN carbs

I would use only a genuine Mikuni SBN-I rebuild kit for the SXR 40/38 carbs.

Yes, all SX-R's(03'-09')have Mikuni 40mm SBN-I dual carbs, but they still use the regular SBN rebuild kits and the larger bolt spaced "I" carb base gasket.
Its just like on the old Seadoo XP's, HX's of themid 90's. They have Mikuni 38/40 dual I body's, but use the SBN rebuild kit.

Also i dont want to sound like a salesman but I would like to mention the quality of the Mikuni kits vs. the kits that I sell.
I've visually compared and measured these kits side by side and noticed no difference is material quality or measurement tolerances.
I have literally sold hundreds of these kits with absoloutely NO complaints.
I also use them myself in all my ski's.
My kits also come with 4 new pop off replacement springs.

Just making sure... I found a site with Genuine Mikuni Carb rebuild kits that sells them online, but none of the kits are for the SBN 40... would the Mikuni 38/44/46 Super BN Square Body Carb Rebuild Kit be the same thing?

Yeah i did, but I don't think that it is possible to order online from jetworld and they are most likely closed by now and I need to order one tonight.

If you need it fast go with John at JSS or superjet-113. Superjet 113 lives like next door to the factory he could prolly get the kit and ship it out today... I think John is at the shop on Sat... atleast he has always answered my emails on sat...
