Carb question

Would dual 44s be overkill on a semi modded 650 x2, i was told it was punched to around a 680,mariner pipe, waterbox , i think heads stock. I just got ahead of myself on ebay and bought a dual manifold instead of single, thx for any advice

Few years back my wife's 91 650sx needed a new carb so I asked if I could just do duals carbs like my RN sj, the shop said I'd never get it tuned correctly so I went with a single 44

Well i have a dual 44 setup i plan on just seperating the one to run and having a backup one i can jet one for home (5500) and one for 2nd home (800). I figured it would be too much but i havnt been deep enough ot in this game long enough to know what most of you do so figured id post and see if i could get some honest info. Just need to open up a stock manifold i guess

what jets did u guys run on ur single 44? i just put my single 44 on a pretty much stock ski. came off a 650 yamaha so hoping it is at least close
