Other Carb Question

I have dual 44mm Mikunis on my ski, and during my build I had to move and during the move lost carb parts. So trying to work with what I had, I put this together. Everything works, except the throttle does not return back all the way. I have tried not using the throttle wheel, but it leaves slack in the cable (I am running a Jetmaniac big bore cable). If it is possible I would like to buy everything to put on the shaft, spring, spring bushing,brass bushing, ect. so its done right. I tried finding kits online, ebay, and some other sites, but haven't had much luck. So if someone has some advice, knows where I can get the parts or has the parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like that idle screw tab was welded on at the wrong angle. I would just remove the screw and grind it to there it's flat with the throttle stop...

I did notice that, but it is hitting the screw and idles fine. I put a different spring in today and it fixed it, however I am going to contact hot products and SBT tomorrow and see if I can get the correct parts.
