Super Jet Carb question

This afternoon pulled my carbs to put bigger jets in and meanwhile do a rebuild on them.
But the front carb doesnt have a pump body. As far as i know they're stock sbn 38's.
Can one of you guys tell me why this is?

The pump on the other one feeds that one. You are good.
