Super Jet Carb problem choke throttle body hard to move

It started a while ago... initialy I thought it was the choke cable that needed lube. Went to start her this afternoon and could not pull the choke out. its not the cable... the whole choke assembly is hard to move as though the shaft has seized in the top of the carb. Its a 2013 superjet.... first time that I have had this issue. Any thing to look for?

There is nothing to look for. They seize up from lack of use. It doesn't matter that is a new ski. It rarely gets massaged.

You could spray penetrating lube on it and get it freed up. The longer it sits stuck, the less likely it will be that it ever moves again. Spray silicone on it every ride (outside, NOT into the carb) when you are done and always massage it before every ride even if you don't need it to start the ski.

Some engine builders will tell you not to remove the choke plates because it changes the air/fuel curve (I think I read that from chuckie, aka Supertune, of Team Xscream). However, most of us remove the choke plates and install a primer kit.
