I recently purchased a B1 and am going through it and I now have it started and am getting ready to start tuning, however, I can't identify which carb this is. I can't find any markings on it. It's a single on a '93 w/ a 61X. Please let me know where to look for a casting mark or what you think it looks like.

For the tuning questions . . .the carb has a Ocean Pro flame arrestor on a B1 61X 701 and a B pipe. Can anyone help me figure out where I should start with my jetting, pop-off and mixture screws for best low end? On the headpipe, I am running bottom closed, mid 3/8, top 5/8.

Mikuni SBN.

Pull the carb and take a look on the side of the carb. Right below the fuel pump circuit there should be a tiny stamping that will tell you the size of the carb.

those came stock with 44 sbn's.

Thanks guys . . . I'm pretty sure it is stock but at least I know where to confirm. Any thoughts on the tuning start points?
