any one know if golf carts are allowed in the park, some one asked me and i said i would post and find out.

Per park regulations....Vehicles used off roads are prohibited. (I can't see them not allowing a golf cart based on that definition)

Also....Rock fire rings or ground fires are prohibited. Fires must be confined to grills designated for that purpose. I guess I will bring my outdoor fireplace.

are the grills on the ground or on posts off the ground?

They are the standard park grills on a post. However, the way the rule is written, a fire can be started in ANY grill that is designed for that purpose, so i am bringing my BBQ smoker for cooking and an outdoor fireplace that will work better than their pits.

Well, since your nose is bigger than mine, I wouldn't say the nose on the cat is a good way to tell if you're the dad or me! But, if the cat grows up and is a PRO FREESTYLER and not some gay washed up racer........then I'll claim it :barrel::woot::splatt:

Kunta made me say it :haha:

Poor cat gonna grow up to be a washed up gay pro freestyler:brap:

Potter's Creek Park. I drove through there today and the best campsites in relation to the water do not have any trees, however, there is a covered picnic table on each, so there is shade.
There is a map here http://www.recreation.gov/nrrs/Pott...dMap.do?camparea=MAIN&agency=NRRS&parkId=5020

I would recommend sites 115-124 (specifically 121-124) due to them being on the end of the point. These are tent sites only and we would need 4-5 of them I would guess, since each site can only have 2 vehicles and up to 10 people. For those bringing RVs...sites 105-114 are right there as well (specifically 107-109).

The sites that have trees are further from the water (66-81).

The other good spot would be sites 62-66. These are family sites that can have more vehicles and up to 20 people.

Works for me!

See here!!
