SX/SXi/SXi Pro Can I put a 750 in my 650sx?

Hate to tell you bro the westcoast pipe is garbage ,
Your ski woulda performed way better with a factory piped
650 ,50+mph
milled ,proped and some rec. Porting

What you want is the factory limited pipe, it doesnt fit without a custom fuel tank. I would have a custom alluminum tank made for the limited pipe if your serious about performance.

Theres one more unit a hydrofoil that helps with awesome traction and helps stability alot

So running the 650 electronics requires maching the 750's
Cases the advantage is 2lbs or so lighter flywheel that you will notice in power , if you have access to machined parts

I would have a piece made to mount the 750 cdi box to the 650's stock spot

Fyi 650sx 52hp
750small pin 58
750ssxi 70hp
750 big pin 75hp

Bolting. A westcoast 650 pipe onto a 750 will result in 54 hp

I wouldn't waste time on a sx go straight for bigpin or ssxi

The pump is fine getting the right prop is key l would get a 9-17 skat
If its wrong ,have it repitched up.

Maybe change the nozzle to bigger for power and smaller for speed probably only need to go up 1-2mm size

If you dont want to make a gas tank or buy a different kart tank .
This 3 piece pipe is supposed to work somewhat because its a 700cc pipe and should fit in like it does

Now running an SXR motor, electronics, and impeller, with FPP 650 pipe, Coffmans waterbox. It rips but the side exhaust is quite loud. Had to mod one of the breather tube exits to clear the headpipe.20190629_171244.jpgHood.jpg
