Or where do you get an OEM starter relay?
Nice. I see these Caltric relays for sale for $10 or $12 all day long. The only OEM relay I've found so far was $85.Still cranks right up, surprisingly! You can still buy OEM relays since superjets are still in production...
To my knowledge the SJ relay is exactly the same from 1990 to current.Nice. I see these Caltric relays for sale for $10 or $12 all day long. The only OEM relay I've found so far was $85.
So are you saying that Yamaha used the same relays in some of their Superjets? What years?
On my initial search, the Yamahas appear to be 2 wire relays. And the old Kawasaki relay is 3 wires.
Yes, I am looking for a starter relay for a 93 550SX.To my knowledge the SJ relay is exactly the same from 1990 to current.
Edit: Are you looking for a Kawasaki relay? If that's the case I am not the guy to ask. I do however have a cheapo relay in my rebuilt Kawi SC that seems to work just fine.
