Buying a wave blaster

I'm looking at a 94 wave blaster. Guy says it runs good. Few chips in the gel coat but no cracks. It's all stock. What else should I look for on it? Don't know much about them any info would help. How much are they worth? It's gonna be for my wife so are they pretty easy to ride?

Best thing you will ever buy, if you wife has a generally good sense of balance she will love it! Check for cracks around the transom area and see if the drive shaft has any play in it. A good B1 is worth $1500 all day, but they can be found for cheaper. with all the bells and whistles, $2500 is fair.
