buying a 01 superjet..what to look for.

ive had kawasakis till now. im gunn abe getting a 2001 superjet. is there anything i should look for/check besides compression( what should it be? stock motor), motormounts, steering, impellar, all the usual?

I believe SuperJet stands for Break Out Another Thousand.

Compression should be around 150 and 150. Bring a good compression tester, a battery, and two NGK BR8HS spark plugs (just in case).

check motor mounts,hood paint WILL come off,midshaft assembly,impeller and wear ring ,lower pole bracket,cables etc...
usually pretty reliable if stock or slightly modded.
