Found this in the new Fennec catalog, nice that it works with a waterbox.

yeah but it looks like it actually uses an oem waterbox instead of a reasonator. I'm a big fan of keeping the noise level down!:shhh:

Doesn't look like you can use a stock tank though. Couldn't you just put a waterbox on the end of the baxter pipe like that sit it right in place of the battery?

According to a Japanese blog this pipe won't be available until after April 6th and the price has yet to be determined.

Anybody tried hi-temp ceramic coating the inside and outside of the pipe to contain the heat instead of a waterjacket

Anybody tried hi-temp ceramic coating the inside and outside of the pipe to contain the heat instead of a waterjacket

More than likely you would need to inject water (wet pipe) to keep it cool enough not to steam the engine compartment, ceramic coating would not cool the chamber near enough without a waterjacket.
