FX-1 bumping timing?

Hey guys this may be a stupid question with a simple answer..... How do i bump my timing??
what will i gain?
What situation should i do this?

if you just want to turn up the stator then you just move it on the adjust it on the screws under the flywheel
its close enough to 1mm turn on the stator is 1 degree but what you add you add every where so be careful

the stator needs to be turned anticlock to advance the timing. do your self a favour and just buy an epic its a far better solution
