whats the easiest way to removal a bulkhead from a RN. all that green matter is tough to get through.

Assuming you have the top deck off, start with the sides using hammer/prybar/screwdrivers/whatever to break the hull loose from it. Once both sides are broken loose, you can do the same and beat it forward to break it loose from the bottom/driveshaft tube.
That's how I took the bulkhead out of my squarenose conversion in one piece.

Lots of heat and slow and steady pressure would be how I would do it.
Why would you want to pull out the bulkhead though ?

i tried to heat a piece of the green matter and all it does is get support hot doesnt melt??
cause it has alot of unneeded holes and it looks like
so im going to out another one in!

The green stuff gets soft when hot and lets go of the SMC quite easily.
