Any running problems? It is always a good idea if you are running aftermarket carbs to put a inline restrictor on the return. That will allow some pressure to build in the lines which may help force air out faster.

you shouldn't have any or many bubbles in the incoming fuel line.
check your pickup for cracks.
if it's the return then no big deal.

Are you running the stock 550 fuel selector ? If you are eliminate it, and plumb your fuel line directly to tank those fuel selector's are famous for a melt down.
This topic has been covered in detail on PWC Today including a fuel restrictor.
You can slip a .035 mig welding tip in your return line for a restrictor they work good.

i use my reserve line in the tank for supply to the carb(s) and eliminate the on off switch completely. really very simple and neatens up the motor compartment. when your out of gas, your just out so keep a check on your fuel supply before going off on long trips.

but there are two lines the high speed and low speed for a single carb?

If you look real close on the top of your fuel tank where the lines go into the tank it is marked (res) for reserve and (on) for ON the other two are a vent that usually goes up the handle pole and a return from the carb.plumb the on directly to the carb. use the res. for your primer and keep the return as it is and that's about all there is to it.Most people leave there fuel selector in place to plug the hole but eliminate all those unused fuel lines.Good Luck

You still need the fuel pump. Do you have a service manual ? I assume you are running the stock carb.
Is your avatat the engine we are talking about ? If so post pic's that look's like a mrd setup or something.
