Anyone ever use or see stainless steel braided fuel or cooling lines and how good to they work compared to the usual lines you normally see?

I had a ton of braided hose left over from my street rod build a few years ago, used it on my ski for a couple months.... It looked awesome IMO but it was not worth the wear and tear the braided caused. It dug a valley into the b pipe, the hull and any metal it was near from all the rubbing and impact. I would not recomend this unless you are building a show boat.
