Bottom Of Your Ski

Hey everyone, just wanted to shoot this out there.

Has anyone ever put Herculiner or any other type of truck bed liner on the bottom of your ski. Instead of painting and having it chip or scratch put this liner on and forget about the bottom. No worries about beaching the ski either then.

My only worry is about performance. Speed tests have been done, and no loose in top end.

Let me know your thoughts and if you have done this.

The rattle can liner might be thin enough to protect it without too much wieght gain.

ive thought about it. I dont really want the bottom of my ski to be too abrasive (for when i run myself over)

i just

brushed on some more gelcoat its holding up and it filled in the old scratches its been for 1 ride so far in and out of the truck no probs so far-no beaching yet/ ill let you know got the stuff at west marine the can weighs about 1 lb so not too much weight.

Just beach the bitch. Once a year roll on some gell coat and be done with it.
