Bored nozzle and WetWolf freestyle cone

So, at what point with a bored nozzle and a wetwolf freestyle cone will you begin to experience cavitation?

I know there is not one single case where this occurs, but should someone with a stock setup, ported engine, mod, limited, super stock, etc be concerned?

Is there a HP range where this could/may be problematic?

85.5mm is what I've always believed. I'm at 85 with freestyle cone and it's fine.

Well, it's everything really. HP, impeller pitch/design, condition of the impeller/stator, nozzle/cone sizes, intake grate, even salt/fresh water.
