Other Books

I was in a book store today Barnes and Noble and figured I would look for a few books on fluid dynamics or jet pumps and 2 stroke theory like the physics of it. Not just how to fix them but How they work beyond the simple stuff. Obviously they had nothing does anybody have some book suggestions. Im defiantly not a scientist or a
math-magican but I can handle technical reading.

It's called fluid dynamics not hydrodynamics. It might be best to go shopping online. Amazon.com started as a book store. Here is a search there for fluid dynamics:

A lot of them like other high level textbooks aren't cheap.

This one is cheap because it is older (1971). The basic theories should be the same. It might be a good start since it is is an "Introduction":

Good luck with your research. I worked with a guy who did computer simulations of such things years ago. It's pretty complicated stuff.
