Bog problem when SJ lies on right side: HELP

When my ski gets tipped on its right hand side the ski bogs down really bad until i get it floating upright again. Happens when I land off a wave and I don't complete the landing and my ski tips on the right side. Kinda sucky for when another wave is about to crash right on top of me.

I remember reading about this problem a little while back either on this board or on pwct, but I can't find the post any longer. That thread offered a couple different solutions, one being that the primer tubes are dumping in the carbs when the ski is tipped on that side, but that does not help me b/c I have no primer, still on chokes. I also know that it is not my engine ingesting water. Any other suggestions? Other than this problem the carbs/engine seem to be running great. Just bought the ski used a coupule of weeks ago, it has a remanufactured 701 62t/62x.

the vent on the carb would be facing up when its laying on the side ( the atmosphereic vent for the back side of the pop off diapragm)

could that change it slightly?

To be honest with you, I do not know any of the carb specs. I just bought the ski used. It is bone stock, so I am assuming the carb is set to stock settings also. I am planning on putting a b pipe on it within the next couple of months, so if I am going to a carb cleaning/rebuild should I wait until I do the pipe so that I can jet it accordingly then?
