Freestyle BOB GEN2 Build (Kawi motor Yam pump)

My BOB will be here very soon and need to finish gathering parts.

Motor:
750sx (Cant afford a new motor)
Total Loss
Coffman Pipe
R&D Intake
Stock style 44mm carb (looking to up grade to duals)
Reeds

Pump:
Solas SS
C75 impeller (need help on pitch)
X-SCREAM trim

My questions are:
-What pitch impeller should I look for
-What should my money go to next in the motor (carbs, pipe, head)
-Running colored fuel/cooling lines, how many feet of each should I order

Id get a B pipe and an ADA head for sure.

Not much gain from the pipe change if it is a sizzler considering you have the TL. If it is swingle carb engine I assume it is a "small pin" 750, port that cylinder and shave the head. Would be less than cost of a new pipe and will rip. I had a 750sx motor that got Group K Hammer 96 porting and the increase was dramatic to say the least. Stock head reshaped at Group K also. A lot of good engine porters available. Try Tim at Z-force also. Good luck, I kinda miss my Kawi's

I was told I should run a solas big hub 13/18 prop. Does that sound right?

Anyone know how many feet of lines i will need?

best mod i did to a 750sx was ditching the coffman pipe for a B pipe! Hands down 10x better!

hey just wanna say ski looks great, I'm also building a gen2 bob but mine has a Yamaha motor 760 and a kawasaki pump with trim... ill be posting pics soon just waiting for the weather to get a bit warmer and ill be ridding.
