Yeah guys, my new hull arrived. A black/lime green BOB G3 Pro Series. I arrived yesterday evening, and i only took it out off the crate and dropped it off in my garage. before leaving for work for 3 days :/
But when i get home is all about moving parts from my ski to my new hull

Thx guys. Im pretty stoked, as this i my first new hull and "real" AM, i currently have a carbon SJ lenzi -4". But this is gonna be diffrent for sure
Slamb, on engine mount plates its says "Engine needs shimming" and on pump plates "pump needs shimming"
I only had the hull for like a hour or so, before i had to go to bed due to a early flight to work :/
But will try and do a somehow full write up, on my opinion about, fit finish and ride.
The finish looked nice, not rickter nice. But nice.

Had a minor issue, but the BOB guys sorted this out straight away, so my build is on track. Really gotta give them A+ for best communication and service out there!
Cant wait to try this baby out!
I went with the same batterytank setup as Jay, with the battery between kart tank and PFP. And the kart tank sideways. Seems to be fine.

Looks awesome! don't be afraid to try different pole lengths, ride plates and bobholds positions. I went from a working relationship with my ski to feeling at one with it with a few minor setup changes.

Christian ,could you post a close up picture of your tank and battery mounting ? are you running a full size battery ? everything is looking great !

Rubbertoe. yeah sure, the battery is a DEKA 9 style (same specs) so the carbon battery box is made for this size.

The turf is just to cover the positive pole on the battery when wrenching

Burton im running the TITAN micro steering, really awesome. accept any type of bars. Bearings and double seals, should hold up pretty good!
AS for now i havent got a chin pad :/
I can shoot a few pics more of the pole, if you are interested?

The build looks good. Can you do me a favor and measure the Titan micro steering turn plate? I'm trying to figure out how much shorter it is than stock sj.

I have one on the way for my build. Just haven't seen many people with them. I'm going to run there turn plate to. So I'm glad you like it.
