Well, here's the gist of it: I've always been wary of dealing with blowsion for a few other reasons than this, but I saw a thread on another site where a guy used one of their heavy duty 750sx pole springs on a 650sx and made the pole weightless, so I decided to go ahead and try one of their springs. The spring works great, that's not the issue here:

I sent them a money order for the spring, priority and delivery confirmation with tracking, on the 6th of June. It arrived to their P.O. box on the 8th. Here is a transcript of our email exchanges:

"tracking on the envelope indicates that it was delivered to your po box on the 8th."

"Mail was picked up this morning from PO box and your Money Order was received.

Order will process today, no later than tomm and you will receive a UPS tracking number from UPS.com at that time.

Thank you."

"Wow, payment was received on the 8th, notification from me had to be given on the 13th, and "no later than tomorrow" from the 13th, which was the 14th, I was supposed to have a tracking number. Here it is the 20th later, no tracking number, no notification, no spring. hmmm...."

"Travis-

Check your email spam folder.

Your address is entered into the UPS Database and the tracking number comes from UPS.com when each days shipments are picked up.

Here it is again: Track UPS package 1ZE3W4700355329422

It was delivered today as you can see.

Love the positive vibe by the way!

Hmmmmmmm...."

Now, I can totally understand the fact that some people only check their po boxes once every two weeks or so, no biggie, but if you tell someone you're going to do something the next day, then do it. Don't wait another week to sit on top of it again.

So, aside from all of that bs, here's the real kicker: So, I click the tracking link and it states "delivered". I go outside and look all around the house, etc.. No box, nothing. email them and ask them what address they sent it to. I call them, get this guy on the phone that says: " Oh, what is your address?" I tell them 3012. He says: Oh, well lets see, uh, yeah, it looks like they entered into the computer to go to 2012." and then he's like: "well, do you wanna call UPS and work it out with them?"

uhm, ok uh...LOL are you kidding me!?!

so I tell the dude I will call him back. I pull up google maps, and pinpoint the hood where my spring ended up, and like special forces I hop in the ranger and cruise over to some elderly couple's porch 3 miles away, to rescue my mismailed spring. I encountered very little resistance, as nobody was home, and my spring was sitting on their porch, with the wrong address printed right on the label.

Anyway, Just thought I would drop that to the interested.

thx.

Looks like it was shipped on the 14th, exactly when they said they would (one day after the 13th). What's the problem? (Other than the wrong address, that sucks)

Did you ever find the UPS email in your spam box? Sender should be UPS Quantum Delivery or something like that.

No. No email in the spam folder. That was only an attempt to shift blame. Seriously Matt, when you are running a business, and dealing with a customer(s), first off, you don't tell them you're going to do something, then not do it, and not do it for 7 freakin' dayz. Are you kidding? Next, after you address a box to the wrong address, you don't tell the customer (in not so many words): Well, you wanna call UPS, and take it up with them?!?." when YOU are the one that addressed the box...lol you can defend them all you want Matt, It doesn't change the fact that they basically screwed it off, and I had to rescue the spring from a another district. The shipping tracks that you just posted have absolutely nothing to do with the issue here. UPS was not at fault, they just did what they were told to do. Give me a break bro. seriously. :|

If you tell someone you're gong to email them a tracking number the next day when you ship the item, you do it. You don't wait 7 days after you mail the item for them to email you and ask for it...lol
