I got my helmet today the fly freeride helmet. I ordered the wrong size the first time an XL--for the record do not use their sizing chart, they are WAY small--I sent the helmet back and they swapped it out for a XXL. That got lost in the "UPS triangle" for about a week. John offered to send me a more expensive helmet if I needed it and they would have that helmet returned to them.
Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and the product, I will definitely do business with them again--UPS however is another story. . .
