Blown Dasa 1200 5 port short block

Looking to move away from this 1200 and back towards something more affordable.
Needs sleeves and pistons and crank on coupler side ate a thrust washer. Crank has less than 45 minutes on it after a full rebuild including rods from C57 and would just need a rod end bearing and thrust washers.
This is a OG 5 port. Cases have the stupid old style crank seal discs welded in and have never leaked.
This engine sat under water for a while but was rebuilt ran for about a season and the outside was recently vapor honed hence the small pitting you will see. Nothing deep purely cosmetic. Battle scarred if you will.
Was a solid runner and is very rowdy for a 5 port. Would be willing to help new owner setup their build.
Comes with;
Cyl, PV’s, crank and cases, standard billet FW cover, black dasa head shell, red carbon thrust head shell, I believe 3 sets of domes, whatever o rings I have (head shell, dome, fw cover etc), titanium head and cyl bolts.
Bed plates, coupler, intake mani, rad dudes setup NOT included.
Would be willing to part with intake mani for extra.
Looking for 2500 for the short block and what’s listed.
Would also consider working a deal on parts such as mod b pipes, 701-800cc engines, 760 sleeves, cranks, etc.

Will upload more pictures as it comes out of the ski and refine the parts list as I dig stuff out. Thanks for looking.

3 sets of domes and a spare, two head shells, o rings, cyls, crank, power valves, billet fw cover, titanium head and cyl hardware, hardware. Short block stuff. Highlighted are repairs to case. Done by professional welder and made flat. Always passed leak down test never gave me an issue. She is old and ugly. There is a heli coil in the bed plate mounting tab on one case half.
A set of 5 port sleeves for a 16mm and two 94mm pistons would run about 1100. Crank between 4-700 at c57 needs two bearings, rod end bearing, thrust washer.
Could have a running 1200 for right around 4k. Would let go billet intake mani with vf2’s for 350as well.
Would take 2k or trade on a stock stroke short block.
