Blown Crank Bearing.. Pics Added!! :(

They are actually behind the flywheel by the crank seal. It is definately that front bearing... I knew I should've put a new crank in. Micmac warned me.:banghead:

Ripped it down: Front bearing is toast and the front seal has a small hole in it. The rest of the crank is perfect. Micmac is taking it in to work to do some measurements, but it seems absolutely perfect. (I might just need to change the one bearing, if I am really lucky). We allready pulled it off. The cases are perfect. The cyllinders might need a hone and might need a bore. He is measuring those tomorrow too. The one piston is perfect and the other has some small little chunks out of the top where the bearing parts snuck past the ring, so I am putting a whole new top end in, regardless.

All I can do now is wait till tomorrow. :dunno:

I feel your pain. I had the same thing happen to me on my squarenose. Maybe you will get lucky with just a hone on the cylinder. Good Luck!
