Super Jet Blowing O-rings all the time. ADA

I would have the head shell milled .004", remove the outer o-ring and use sealant.

But, before I did that, I would remove the outer o-ring and use sealant just to make sure the dome o-rings are being crushed. If the shell o-ring groove is not deep enuff it will never seal the domes.

And befor that, I would assemble the head on the cyl without any o-rings and troque the domes with the sparkplug to make sure the shell graps the dome. Maybe lap the area where it's leaking.

Thanks for the reply. I'll take them to a machine shop near by so we can take a look and flatten out if needed. I'll reply back once I know anything or get it running again
