When it comes time to rebuild them which should be done once a year if you ride in salt make sure you use stainless steel bearings.

I may be wrong but I dont think there is such a thing as SS bearings.:dunno:

I'm not aware either, but you can probably find better ones than the stock UMI bearings.

John at JSS sells them and most bearing stores will sell them. They are the same as the superjet bearing. The blaster system just requires two of them.

I actually have a store by me that specializes in selling bearings.

The ones UMI sell are complete junk.

Ya, John sells them, but they area pricy, like $25 each. But if you run in salt this should be the last ones you buy. I seem to replace the berrings at least once a year.

I went to UMI when I broke the stock set up. Very smooth and precise, but not necessary if the stock set up is working.
